How to accept injection molding molds
In order to ensure that the injection molding mold can meet the standards, it is necessary to consider the application regulations and design schemes, as well as its service life. When it is completed and put into production, it is necessary to ensure the quality of the mold specifications from the aspects of product quality, mold structure, and injection molding process regulations. What’s more, the transformation of home appliances has also driven the in-depth development of the home appliance plastic mold industry. Large-scale and fine injection molding molds have been favored by more and more enterprises. Unintentionally, it puts forward higher requirements and tests for the domestic plastic mold industry. So how to accept the injection molding mold?
1. The surface of the product is not allowed to be defective, lacking materials, burning, whitening, peaking, bubbling, cracking, baking or wrinkled.
2. Generally, the welding length of annular holes does not exceed 5mm, and the welding length of special-shaped holes is less than 15mm. The compressive strength of the weld can be tested according to the acting safety factor.
3. The surface appearance is not allowed to be folded. Generally, the flatness of small products is less than 0.3 mm.
4. There should be no air particles or material flowers in the appearance, and generally no bubbles can appear on the surface of the mold.
5. The geometry and specification precision of the product should comply with the provisions of the mold drawing or three-dimensional documents. The dimensional tolerance of shaft parts is negative dimensional tolerance, and the product wall thickness generally specifies the average wall thickness. The non-average wall thickness shall meet the requirements specified in the engineering drawings.
6. There is no shaving on the surface of the bottom shell of the cover, and there are matching holes, shafts, and surfaces. The matching spacing and application regulations should be ensured. The mold factory nameplate is complete. The factory nameplate should also be attached to the bottom of the mold feet around the template and reference corner.
7. The refrigeration nozzle cannot extend out of the surface of the mold embryo, and the injection molding must be produced and processed with a low-head drill. The diameters of the head holes are 25mm, 30mm and 35mm respectively, and the rounded corners of the nozzles should be consistent, with channels and entrances and exits marked.
